Every year between August and October, thousands of Karnataka students who accepted a seat in a state engineering or medical college through the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) receive exciting news: they have been allotted a seat in an IIT, NIT, or IIIT through JoSAA, a prestigious medical college through MCC NEET All-India Counselling, or secured admission at BITS Pilani.

The 6 Mandatory Documents You Must Carry:

  1. Original KEA Admission Order (Allotment Letter): The printed PDF with barcode.
  2. Original Bank Challan / Online Payment Receipt: With transaction UTR number proving payment.
  3. KEA Green Card & Verification Slip: Issued during initial document verification.

If your allotted college administration refuses to hand over your original certificates unless you pay the remaining 3 or 4 years of fees:
